Return and Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns and cannot provide exchanges. All of our items are manufactured to order and we do not keep stock of printed items. Please double-check all sizing and color choices before ordering.

Until an item is in production, the order can be cancelled (see Order Cancellation below). Once in production, items delivered as ordered cannot be returned, refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for a different item, design, size, or color. 

If the item you received is incorrect, damaged, not the size you requested, or otherwise improperly manufactured, Ever Boop will gladly help you exchange that item for a replacement to match your initial order. We do not provide refunds; we'll happily help you get the item you ordered.

Utilize the size guides and measuring instructions provided in our listings to make certain you are ordering the correct size. When in doubt, size up.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.  All items are produced by one of our printing partners, and is typically in production within 2 hours.  

Custom Order Policy

You must contact us to negotiate your custom item request prior to ordering.  Order notes left on purchases of items will not be honored, and you will receive the item you as you ordered it, rather than the item you'd like us to make for you.  

Shipping Policy 

Ever Boop is not responsible for customs fees or delays. Please allow sufficient time for items to clear customs for international shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to contact customs regarding customs delays. This includes incoming shipment to the US for items manufactured for us overseas (most non-t-shirt clothing & all footwear). 

Ever Boop does not collect or remit VAT. Customers are responsible for paying VAT.

If an item is returned due to customers not picking up packages at the post office/complex office/etc., incorrect address, customers failing to address customs issues or retrieve packages at customs, or other customer-facing shipping issues, Ever Boop will reship at our discretion only upon correction of address issues and payment of reshipment charges. Items returned for these issues are not eligible for refund. 

Missing packages must be reported within 30 days of the time the package was shipped. Missing packages will be replaced with like items, which may require production/printing time. Ever Boop is not responsible for missing packages marked 'delivered' by shipping partners. 

Shipping costs and times vary and are determined by destination, item, and originating location. You may receive multiple packages depending on the origination location of your items.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic delivery and up to 4 weeks for international delivery of all printed clothing and accessories. All items are manufactured to order. Busy holiday times will increase delivery dates.
  • We are not responsible for and will not pay any tariffs or duties on items. These costs are expressly the responsibility of the person receiving the shipment. We do not receive any portion of Trump's tariffs - that money is received directly by the federal government.
